The molding process is the very first in a series. If any part of the original mixture is flawed there is a chance that the whole case won't fit.

Previously the process tech would need to mix the powder and water ratio by hand. They would measure the liquid into a plastic container then mix in the powder. It was difficult to insure the correct ratio of powder to liquid.
